The first tile is my Shadow Shots. I really enjoy them: each is a bike selfie, with me and the bike thrown across the road as one shape, and no two come out the same, because the light keeps changing through a ride. The shadow shows it: stretched thin by a low sun early on or on the way home, crisp in full sun, faint in the soft light under the stone gallery at Rocamadour and, one night in Cahors, thrown up the road by the headlights of a car behind me.
